Delete your data
Power Sync processes your health data on your iPhone and does not keep it on our servers. Here is how to remove everything connected to Power Sync.
1. Disconnect Google Health (revokes access)
In Power Sync open Settings > Disconnect Google Health. Power Sync revokes its Google token, deletes its stored tokens from your device and stops syncing. It then asks whether to keep or delete the data it added to Apple Health.
You can also remove Power Sync's access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/connections.
2. Delete data Power Sync wrote to Apple Health
Choose "Delete" when you disconnect, or open the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Apps > Power Sync > Delete All Data from "Power Sync".
3. Delete the app
Deleting Power Sync from your iPhone removes its settings and tokens from the device.
4. Ask us to delete anything else
To delete analytics or purchase records linked to your app install, or the email address you sent us, write to support@appholdings.org with the subject "Power Sync data deletion request". We confirm and act within 30 days.
