Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Power Sync iOS app ("Power Sync"), published on the App Store by HDIDI LTD ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Power Sync you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Power Sync copies health and fitness data that you choose from your Google Health account (or, until it is turned off, from the legacy Fitbit Web API) into Apple Health on your iPhone. Syncing depends on services we do not control, including Google Health, the Google Health API and Apple HealthKit. Their availability, data and rules can change, and we cannot guarantee that every data type, device or time range will always be available.

Power Sync is an independent app. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Fitbit, Google or Apple.

2. Not medical advice

Power Sync is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Data may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always talk to a qualified health professional about health decisions.

3. Your accounts and data

You are responsible for your Google, Fitbit and Apple accounts and for the data you choose to sync. You can disconnect Power Sync at any time in the app. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions

Some features (such as syncing past days, weeks, months or years, and data types other than steps) require a Power Sync Pro subscription or purchase, bought through your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (weekly, monthly or yearly, as selected) unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before renewal. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

5. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Power Sync on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and the App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it to break any law or anyone else's rights.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Power Sync is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. You can stop using Power Sync at any time by disconnecting and deleting the app.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer laws of your country give you additional protection.
